Rebuilding Together Peninsula is accepting applications for free repairs and renovations on community centers, and homes owned by low-income people. Applications are due by October 15.

Rebuilding Together Peninsula is part of a national nonprofit organization that uses volunteers to provide repairs, cleanup, painting, and appliance assistance on National Rebuilding Day. The next National Rebuilding Day is April 30, 2005.

To qualify, applicants must own and live in their own homes, be low-income, and have any able-bodied friends and family work alongside the volunteers. To apply, call 366-6597 or e-mail info@rebuildingtogetherpeninsula.org.
