Sacred Heart Preparatory will hold its 16th annual fashion show and dinner dance on Saturday, September 18, in a festive tent on the school campus at 180 Valparaiso Ave. in Atherton.

"Oh, the Places You'll Go" is the theme of the benefit that raises funds for the school's senior-class activities, the class gift and the Senior Legacy Scholarship Fund. The event begins at 5 p.m.

Seniors and their parents will model fashions provided by more than a dozen local retailers, including Calla, the Carlyle clothing line, Macy's Men and Tommy Bahama.

The super raffle this year is a one-year lease on a Toyota Scion. Other prizes include vacation getaways to Tahoe, LaQuinta and the coast, as well as sports tickets to watch the Sharks, 49ers and Raiders. More prizes are a Bay cruise and lunch on a private yacht, and a Dr. Seuss lithograph featuring "The Cat in the Hat," in keeping with the event's theme, donated by Peabody Fine Art Gallery.
