School board meets in new arts center School board meets in new arts center (February 02, 2005)

Woodside High School will open the doors of its new 500-seat performing arts center this Wednesday, although it's for an event not known for drama.

Following a day-long site visit, the governing board of the Sequoia Union High School District will convene for a public meeting at 3:30 p.m. in the arts center on Wednesday, February 2.

Among the items scheduled for the meeting are a recognition of Woodside English teacher David Reilly for his innovative teaching methods and an update on local impacts of the governor's proposed budget.

The school is at 199 Churchill Ave. in Woodside, at the intersection of Woodside Road and Alameda de las Pulgas.
