Stedman Graham at Menlo College

Menlo College will celebrate Black History month with a kickoff dinner featuring motivational speaker Stedman Graham on Tuesday, February 8, at 6:30 p.m. in the campus dining commons.

Mr. Graham, a businessman and speaker, is the author of nine books, including "You Can Make It Happen: A Nine-Step Plan for Success," published by Simon & Schuster. After dinner he will sign copies of his book, which will be available for purchase.

Republican Coalition annual meeting

Duf Sundheim will be the main speaker at the annual meeting of the South Peninsula Area Republican Coalition on Tuesday, February 2. Mr. Sundheim is chairman of the California Republican Party.

The event takes place from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Michael's at Shoreline, 2960 North Shoreline Blvd. in Mountain View, and includes hors d'oeuvres and a no-host bar.
