Road work ahead

Woodside officials, at the March 8 meeting, authorized a $2.9 million program of road repairs and drainage projects to take place over the next two years.

The budget includes $200,000 in funds the town is banking toward the future repair of a slow-moving major landslide on Summit Springs Road. Streets slated for major repair work include Kings Mountain Road, Woodside Drive and Old La Honda Road.
