Menlo-Atherton High lost 8-5 to San Mateo in an inter-league PAL game on April 6 at San Mateo.

Sophomore Calvin Johnson gave M-A a lead in the top of the second inning with double, the first of his two RBI's on the day. San Mateo answered back with seven runs in the bottom of the inning and never looked back.

For the Bears (4-11, 0-3), Domenic Di Ricco continued his torrid hitting with a single and a triple along with one RBI. Skylar Brewer also had a double for the Bears.
