Q. What are some of the great or not-so-great excuses people give when stopped for traffic violations? A. There was the couple in a small pickup truck, flying down Alma Street, flanking a large pizza. When stopped and asked where they were going in such a hurry, they replied sheepishly, "We didn't want to miss the last episode of 'Seinfeld.'"
