Dog-bite report: Mail courier taken to hospital after being bitten on back several times by resident's German Shepherd dog, first block of Gresham Lane, June 13.
Abuse report: Abuse of a child, Encinal School, June 14.
Juvenile-problem report: Student beaten up by another student, Menlo-Atherton High School, June 16.

Assault reports: Shots fired into moving vehicle injured driver's hand, 500 block of Ivy Drive, June 10. Man standing outside home struck on arm by rock, possibly thrown from moving vehicle, 500 block of Hamilton Avenue, June 11.
Auto-burglary reports: Car stereo and CDs stolen, 200 block of Gilbert Avenue, June 10. Purse and contents stolen, 1200 block of Madera Avenue, June 10.
Grand-theft reports: Backpack and mobile phone stolen from unlocked vehicle, 100 block of Hedge Road, June 12. Leaf blower stolen from city truck, near intersection of Sharon Park and Monte Rosa drives, June 13. Man ordered and received food but left without paying for it, Safeway at 500 El Camino Real, June 10. Embezzlement from business, 600 block of Santa Cruz Avenue, June 13.
Burglary report: Alcoholic beverages stolen, Safeway at 500 El Camino Real, June 11.
Spousal-abuse reports: 1300 block of Windermere Avenue, June 12, and 200 block of Marmona Court, June 13.
Fraud report: Bad check passed, Safeway at 500 El Camino Real, June 16.

Assault report: Man with chain saw threatened harm to others, then fled leaving his truck, which was towed, and his dog, which was picked up by the Humane Society, 17200 block of Skyline Boulevard, June 12.
Burglary reports: Residential window broken and jewelry stolen, 600 block of Patrol Road, June 9. Residential window broken and computer and other items stolen, 200 block Brookwood Road, June 10.
Criminal-threat report: Resident has been receiving threats via telephone and letters from boyfriend's ex-wife, 3200 block of Woodside Road, June 12.

Burglary report: Jewelry stolen from unlocked armoire in unlocked residence, 100 block of Bear Gulch Road, June 9.
Theft report: Car seat stolen from driveway, 100 block of Grove Drive, June 11.
Vandalism: Residential window broken and car seat left on porch, 100 block of Mapache Road, June 11.
