Steve Eldridge of Alain Pinel Realtors in Menlo Park has received the "Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist" designation from the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing" in Dallas, Alain Pinel has announced.

The designation is given to real estate agents who have developed market knowledge and skills to provide "exceptional service in the fine homes and estates marketplace," said Laurie Moore-Moore, president of the institute.

Mr. Eldridge has been in the real estate business since 2002, and focuses on Menlo Park, Atherton and nearby areas.
