Woodside woman wins a top slot in marathon
(August 10, 2005) Judith Taksa Webb of Woodside won first place in her age division in the 26.2 mile 2005 San Francisco Marathon on July 31 with a time of 4:01:55.
Ms. Webb, 61, is manager of education and leisure at Avenidas senior center in Palo Alto, and is an instructor of fitness at Canada College.
In 2002 Ms. Webb won first place in her age division in the Big Sur International Marathon with a time of 4:02:38.
In December 2000, Ms. Webb and her daughter, Amy, won first place in the mother/daughter division of the Honolulu Marathon. At that time, Ms. Webb was running her eighth Honolulu Marathon.
