Burglary report: Copper cable stolen from construction site, Park Lane, August 8.

Fraud reports: ** Funds of $5,650 illegally transferred from bank account, first block of Maple Avenue, August 9. ** Credit account opened using victim's name and Social Security number, first block of Moulton Drive, August 9.

Grand-theft report: Computer monitor missing, Menlo School, August 9.
Menlo Park

Concealed weapons report: Two East Palo Alto men arrested for having weapons in vehicle, 1300 block of Willow Road, August 6.

Grand-theft reports: ** Camera equipment worth about $10,000 stolen, 300 block of Cotton Street, August 6. ** Laptop computer stolen, 900 block of Middle Avenue, August 9.

Fraud reports: ** Check fraud, Bank of America, 600 block of Santa Cruz Ave., August 8. ** Telephone account opened fraudulently, 1000 block of Deanna Drive, August 8. ** Counterfeit $20 bill received, Chili's restaurant, August 10. ** Identity theft, 1300 block of El Camino Real, August 10. ** Cell phone account made in victim's name, 1200 block of Carlton Avenue, August 11.

Collision reports: ** Motorcyclist lost control, collided with guardrail and was taken to hospital, Highway 84 and Skyline Boulevard, July 23. ** Driver lost control of vehicle, rolled over once, came to rest in ravine; driver was taken to hospital, Highway 84 and Portola Road, August 3.

Incident report: Resident suspects damage to his vehicle's roof and rear windshield due to a deer jumping up there to get at berries in tree, 100 block of Phillip Road, August 5.

Theft reports: ** Chainsaw stolen after falling off truck, Friars Lane and La Honda Road, August 5. ** Money orders stolen from unlocked mailbox, 1100 block of Godetia Drive, August 6.

Burglary report: Cash and jewelry stolen from unlocked residence, first block of Martin Lane, August 7.

Collision report: Bicyclist lost control, fell and was taken to hospital, Portola Road and Santa Maria Avenue, July 30.

Theft report: Personal documents stolen from vehicle, 200 block of Corte Madera Road, August 3.

Auto-burglary report: Window smashed and gym bag, wallet and stereo stolen, parking area at Alpine Road and Willowbrook Drive, August 6.
