Sterling Speirn, president of the Peninsula Community Foundation for the last 15 years, will leave at the end of December to become president and CEO of the W.K. Kellogg Foundation in Battle Creek, Michigan.

During Mr. Speirn's tenure, the 40-year-old Peninsula Community Foundation increased its assets more than ten-fold, from $60 million in 1992 to $611 million today.
