Burglary report: Electric chainsaw stolen, 200 block of Atherton Avenue, September 12. Auto-burglary report: Vehicle owner discovered a man rifling his vehicle, Ringwood Avenue, September 14. Grand-theft report: Bicycle stolen, 300 block of Fletcher Drive, September 13.
Menlo Park

Auto-burglary reports: ** Toolbox stolen, 200 block of O'Keefe Street, September 12. ** Window broken on one vehicle, and convertible top slashed on another, 200 block of Waverley Street, September 13. Grand-theft reports: ** Laptop computer stolen, 1600 block of Willow Road, September 12. ** Bicycle stolen, 200 block of Waverley Street, September 13. Fraud reports: ** Counterfeit $20 bill received, 500 block of El Camino Real, September 9. ** Identity theft, 200 block of Hedge Road and 1200 block of Madera Avenue, September 10 and 12. Child-abuse report: 1100 block of Henderson Avenue, September 12.
