Mr. Stronck will bring to the district some 20 years of experience managing construction projects as a partner in Gonsalves and Stronck Construction of San Carlos. According to district's biography, Mr. Stronck has managed more than $350 million in construction projects, including Kezar Stadium, the Department of Water and Power in Los Angeles, and San Jose's Century Plaza.
