School board hears construction report
The Board of Trustees of the Woodside Elementary School District will hear a report on the new school construction project -- estimated to cost $12 million -- at a 4 p.m. meeting on Tuesday, December 13, in the school library at 3195 Woodside Road.
More flu vaccine acquired by county
The San Mateo County Health Department has acquired 500 additional doses of adult influenza vaccine from the California Department of Health Services.
Flu shots will be available in Menlo Park at Belle Haven Community Clinic, 100 Terminal Ave. from 9 to 11:30 a.m. Thursday, December 15, and Willow Clinic, 795 Willow Road, Building 334, from 2 to 4 p.m. Monday, December 19.
The county-sponsored clinics are for people 60 or older or adults with long-term health problems. The suggested donation is $5. For information, call 573-3927.
