Loose animal report: Owner of brown-and-white pit bull dog cited after dog found again running loose in roadway, Valparaiso Avenue and Camino Por Los Arboles, January 4.

Burglary report: Patient from Veterans Administration Hospital admitted to psychiatric ward after breaking into and spending night in classroom, Willow Oaks Elementary School at 620 Willow Road, December 30.

Auto burglary report: Convertible top slashed and stereo system stolen, 1600 block of El Camino Real, January 1.

Auto burglary report: Resident reported his wallet stolen and four vehicles tampered with in driveway, 600 block of Woodside Drive, December 28.

Collision report: Driver destroyed 40 feet of wood and wire fence after losing control of vehicle, 600 block of Kings Mountain Road, December 29.

Vandalism report: Mail opened and tossed on ground and nearby mailbox yanked out of ground, first block of Arbol Court, January 3.
