Prominent Menlo Park and Atherton citizens have been accused of possessing big hearts and cited for conspiring with the Muscular Dystrophy Association to raise funds for local Bay Area families living with neuromuscular disease.
They will be “locked up” at the British Bankers Club in Menlo Park on Thursday, May 21, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Friends and family can spring them with donations to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
Bail is set at $1,600, which sends two kids to MDA summer camp at Westminster Woods in Occidental, California.
The Muscular Dystrophy Association is dedicated to finding treatments and cures for 43 neuromuscular diseases.
