Allison Hoover Bartlett will discuss her new book, “The Man Who Loved Books Too Much: The True Story of a Thief, a Detective, and a World of Literary Obsession,” at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 23, at Kepler’s bookstore, 1010 El Camino Real in Menlo Park.
