Woodside school registration begins

Fall-enrollment registration for new students at Woodside Elementary School begins Monday, Feb. 1. Registration packets are available at the school, 3195 Woodside Road in Woodside.

Children must live within the Woodside Elementary School District boundaries to attend the K-8 school.

To attend kindergarten, a child must be at least 5 years old as of Dec. 2, 2010. An informational meeting for parents of prospective kindergartners is set for Friday, Feb. 5, from 8:45 to 10:45 a.m. in the school's Wildcats Room. Parents will be able to visit the kindergarten classrooms and ask questions, according to school staff.

For more information, call Mary Ann Draeger at the school at 851-1571, ext. 291.
