March 11-13: Priory presents musical 'Urinetown'

Woodside Priory students will perform in the school's upcoming production of "Urinetown: The Musical."

The Priory promises a "fall-off-your-seat" funny production.

Show times are 7 p.m. Thursday through Saturday, March 11-13, with a 1 p.m. matinee Saturday.

John Sugden, head of the performing arts department, says the play has a social justice theme without being preachy.

Tickets are $5 for students and $12 for adults, and are available at the door. Go to prioryca.org and click on the "Arts" link to buy tickets in advance.

Performances will be staged in the Priory's Rothrock Performance Hall, 302 Portola Road in Portola Valley.
