Caltrain seeks applicants for advisory committee

The Peninsula Corridor Joint Powers Board is seeking residents of San Mateo, San Francisco or Santa Clara counties to apply for its Citizen Advisory Committee.

The committee is made up of nine volunteer members who serve in an advisory capacity to the board of directors by providing input on rail customers' needs, Caltrain officials said.

The committee meets the third Wednesday of each month at 6 p.m. in San Carlos.
