Friday: Menlo Park Chorus performs

The Menlo Park chorus will present its spring concert, "One World, One Voice, One Song," at 7:30 p.m. Friday, April 30, at St. Bede's Church, 2650 Sand Hill Road, in Menlo Park.

The concert features music from every continent, with composers ranging from Aaron Copland to Rachmaninoff. April McNeely is director of the city-sponsored chorus, with John Iosefa as accompanist.

The concert will include members of the new Menlo Park Children's Chorus, composed of children in grades one to six.

Tickets at the door are $15 general admission, and $12 for seniors and students. Children under 12 are admitted free.
