The "Menlo Gateway" office/hotel project proposed by the Bohannon Development Co. will be the sole topic of discussion at a public hearing Tuesday, May 25.
Menlo Park's City Council will consider whether to grant approval for the project near Bayfront Expressway and Marsh Road, totaling nearly 1 million square feet and reaching up to 140 feet in height.
A revised development agreement, outlining what the city will receive in exchange for making major zoning and general plan concessions, will likely be one of several topics of discussion.
While the Bohannon company has said it would not agree to share profits with the city if revenue reaches a certain threshold, it has offered several new "public benefit" proposals.
The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. in the council chambers, located between Laurel and Alma streets.
