Willows moms give camp gear to children, teens

Fourteen Willows mothers, led by Dana Shields, have organized a drive that will bring summer camp gear to 23 children and teens at the Clara Mateo Alliance Shelter in Menlo Park.

The mesh bags include towels, swimsuits, goggles, and sunscreen. The recipients range from kindergarteners to 18-year-olds, Ms. Shields said.

The summer camp bags were delivered to Kristin Chandler, community outreach coordinator for InnVision Clara-Mateo, on June 18 at Cafe Zoe in Menlo Park.
