Menlo Park council takes a break

Summer recess has arrived for the Menlo Park City Council. The council won't meet Tuesday, June 29, and doesn't plan to meet again until July 20.

Come July, three of the five council members will be facing a decision on whether to seek another four-year term. The terms of council members Rich Cline, John Boyle and Heyward Robinson expire this year. The candidate filing period runs from July 12 to Aug. 6.
