Tonight: USGS talk on 'great floods'

 

Geologist Richard Waitt will give a talk Thursday, Sept. 30, that will be a "journey through the landscape of Earth's greatest floods," according to the U.S. Geological Survey. The talk starts at 7 p.m. at the USGS campus at 345 Middlefield Road (Conference Room A) in Menlo Park.
