Chef Guillaume Bienaime of Marche restaurant in Menlo Park will hold a "Thanksgiving Sides" cooking class at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 13.
The class will separate into seven groups of two each. With instructions and tips from Mr. Bienaime, each group will prepare one dish from a menu of French selections, said Marche spokesperson Carissa Remitz. The class will then feast on their creations, she said.
The price is $105 per person, including lunch, wine, and a takeaway packet of recipes. Space is limited to 14 and reservations are recommended. Call 324-9092.
