New library cards available

Patrons of libraries in the San Mateo County Library system can exchange their old library cards for a newly designed one, without paying a replacement fee, the county has announced.

People can opt for a card or a key tag with their library barcode, which would allow them to carry their patron information on a key ring, according to a press release issued by SMCL.

Those wishing to replace their old library cards may do so at individual libraries in the county. Or, county library click here to order a new card online.
