Redwood City: Willow Market robbed at gunpoint

 

Police in Redwood City are looking for two men who robbed a local market at gunpoint on Monday night.

Officers responded to a report of an armed robbery at Willow Market, located at 37 Willow St., at about 9:35 p.m., Redwood City police Sgt. Sean Hart said.

Two men wearing dark clothing and armed with guns entered the store, took an undisclosed amount of money and fled on foot, Hart said.

They were last seen running away near Willow and Shasta streets.

No one was injured in the robbery and no one has been arrested, Hart said.
