New Pilates studio opens in Menlo Park

Those looking to work the kinks out of their backs after a long day at work now have a new exercise studio to check out. Menlo Pilatese and Yoga opened this month at 1011 El Camino Real.

The studio offers yoga, zumba dance, and pilates. Owner Fran Philip, a certified personal trainer, previously ran Menlo Pilates on Oak Grove Avenue for five years, according to a press release.

Hardly a coup for MP's business development department.

We need services like this. But the Business Development department should be tasked to lure and keep businesses that produce revenue from sales and the city board should make sure it's not too hard for them to come here.
