Jewelry stolen from Emerald Hills neighborhood

Someone got away with several pieces of jewelry estimated to have a total value of $10,645 on May 13 from a house in the 800 block of West California Way in the Emerald Hills neighborhood of Woodside, according to a statement from the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office.

The burglar entered the house through an unlocked sliding door on the side of the house and entered at least two rooms to steal the jewelry, deputies said.
