Tonight: Jazz quartet at Portola Valley Town Center

The jazz quartet "Three Colors of the Flame" will give a free, informal concert from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 18, on the lawn at the Portola Valley Town Center.

"This is jazz you can relate to, swing to, and relax and inhale from start to finish," said Paige Fulkerson, a resident, jazz vocalist and member of the Cultural Arts Committee, in a press release.

This event will be the third of three summer concerts put on by the committee this year.

Picnic food and alcoholic beverages are permitted, and blankets, chairs, and warm jackets are recommended.
