Today: Luau at Little House

 

Polynesian culture will be celebrated when Peninsula Volunteers hosts a luau at 4:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 18, at Little House, 800 Middle Ave. in Menlo Park.

Little House executive chef Larry Wong will prepare a meal that includes teriyaki flank steak cubes, Asian chicken and vegetables, and "Kahlua Pig" in wonton shells. Traditional island music and dancing will be performed by the Pacific Islanders. Dinner will be served at 5:30, with a dance beginning at 7.
