Saturday: Halloween Hoopla

Menlo Park hosts costume parade

Get your ghoul on -- the annual Menlo Park Halloween costume parade marches through the city on Saturday, Oct. 29.

Starting at 11:45 a.m. at the Arrillaga Family Recreation Center (701 Laurel St.), you can parade to Fremont Park on Santa Cruz Avenue and get a free trick-or-treat bag.

From 12:30 to 3 p.m., play trick or treat with downtown merchants at stores displaying welcome signs, and take in a magic show in Fremont Park.

Call the Menlo Park Community Services Department at 330.2200 for more information.
