All lanes open following rollover crash

 

All lanes have reopened on U.S. 101 after a rollover crash earlier this morning blocked traffic in both directions near San Francisco International Airport.

The crash was reported at 6:12 a.m. just south of Interstate 380, California Highway Patrol Officer Kevin Bartlett said.

Preliminary information indicates that a northbound vehicle overturned and landed in southbound lanes, Bartlett said.

No other vehicles appear to have been involved.

The driver suffered cuts and bruises and possibly a broken jaw, Bartlett said.

The crash initially shut down lanes on both sides of the highway. Northbound lanes reopened at about 7:20 a.m., and southbound lanes reopened at about 7:40 a.m.
