Tonight: Facebook DEIR community meeting

Public comment period opens

Menlo Park will introduce the draft environmental impact report (DEIR) for Facebook's proposed campus development tonight at 7 p.m. in the senior center at 100 Terminal Ave.

The DEIR and fiscal impact reports can be reviewed online here and in person at the library and Community Development Department at 701 Laurel St. in the Menlo Park Civic Center.

The documents are available for public viewing at the Community Development Department from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday (the office is closed every other Friday).

Written comments must be submitted to the Community Development Department by 5:30 p.m. Monday, Jan. 23.

The Menlo Park Planning Commission will hold a public hearing about the project on Monday, Jan. 9. The meeting starts at 7 p.m. in council chambers at the Civic Center at 701 Laurel St.
