June 3 election roundup

 

Major ballot measures and candidate races will be decided on Election Day, Tuesday, June 3, when the polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Go to smartvoter.org or check your voter information pamphlet for the location of your voting place.


Among the ballot measures are

A $13.5 million bond measure for the Woodside Elementary School District.

A $265 million bond measure for the Sequoia Union High School District, which includes Woodside and Menlo-Atherton high schools.

A $300 million bond measure for the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District.

Among the races for elective office:

Incumbent faces watchdog in District 3 supervisor's race

Deputy challenges incumbent sheriff in write-in campaign.
