Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

By Scott Delucchi, Peninsula Humane Society

Make it an “Orange Friday” this week — adopt Vincent, a 2-year-old male looker with a soft coat and golden eyes, from the Peninsula Humane Society’s Center for Compassion in Burlingame. (Or, you could adopt Vincent plus a black cat and make it a Giant day — black cat adoptions are still free).

Vincent can be a tad shy at first and would do well in a home with owners who have some previous experience with cats. Once he’s comfortable, Vincent is a purr machine and curious cat.

He’s a sweet guy who loves to pounce on toys and play with pipe cleaners. If you have children or resident pets, please talk to an adoption counselor to see if he would make a good match.

The Center for Compassion is at 1450 Rollins Road in Burlingame. Visit www.phs-spca.org/ for more information.
