Menlo Park police substation changes hours of operation

 

The Belle Haven police substation, otherwise known as the neighborhood service center at 871 Hamilton Ave., will be operating on a new schedule, starting today (Jan. 12).

The new hours are:

■ Monday: 1 to 7 p.m.

■ Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 7:30 to 11 a.m. and 1 to 7 p.m.

■ Friday: 1 to 7 p.m.

■ Saturday and Sunday: Closed

The substation opened about eight months ago and initially operated from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. According to the city, the new schedule is based on the most frequent hours o of use by the community.
