The Woodside Town Council authorized on Feb. 10 a payment of up to $212,000 to Nova Partners of Palo Alto to provide construction management services for a $2.3 million remodeling of the Woodside Library.
With work set to begin in June, the town should be seeking bids on the project in March, Town Engineer Paul Nagengast told the council.
Before the town solicits bids, a construction management firm is needed to review plans to determine what can and cannot be done for the time and money allotted, Mr. Nagengast told the Almanac.
