Gunn baseball keeps streak alive with nonleague win over Menlo

It has been quite a turnaround for the Gunn baseball team this season. The Titans opened the year with three straight losses, topped by a 26-5 beating administered by rival Palo Alto. Since then, however, the Titans have been nearly perfect.

With Raviv Levens pitching five shutout innings and driving in two runs, visiting Gunn handed Menlo School a 6-2 nonleague loss on Monday. With Levens improving to 3-0 on the mound, the Titans moved to 9-4-1 following their fourth straight victory and ninth in the past 10 games.

Matthew Sandor contributed two hits, including a double, and scored twice while David Clarke provided two hits and drove in a run.
