Tonight: Energy efficiency workshop in Menlo Park

 

A free workshop on Thursday, April 16, will teach homeowners how to take advantage of up to $6,500 in rebates to make their properties more energy efficient.

The workshop is sponsored by San Mateo County and Menlo Park.

"Menlo Park has adopted an aggressive Climate Action Plan and we encourage all residents and businesses to participate in efforts to conserve energy and other resources," Mayor Catherine Carlton said.

The workshop opens registration at 6:30 p.m. and will be held at the Belle Haven police substation at 371 Hamilton Ave. Go to the event website or call 363-4125 for more information.
