M-A college adviser Alice Kleeman to retire

Alice Kleeman, a college adviser at Menlo-Atherton High School for 20 years, will retire in June, the school has announced.

Ms. Kleeman is looking forward to more time with her children and grandchildren and "prefers to retire quietly without fanfare," but will be happy to accommodate expressions of good wishes, the school said.

Ms. Kleeman will work part-time on campus in the 2015-16 school year, but to aid in the transition to a new college adviser, not to work with individual students.
