Menlo Park chorus performs Saturday

 

The Menlo Park Chorus will perform its spring concert, "Around the World in 80 Minutes," at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, April 25, in Trinity Episcopal Church in Menlo Park.

The program includes Vivaldi's "Gloria" and a global repertoire of songs. Featured soloists are Kaia Richards, soprano, and Tim Salaver, bass. The chorus performs under the direction of April McNeely, with John Iosefa, accompanist.

Tim Salaver sings with the San Francisco Symphony Chorus. Kaia Richards recently starred with San Francisco's Lamplighters and has toured with the Bay Area Chamber Choir.

Trinity Episcopal Church is at 330 Ravenswood Ave. in Menlo Park. Tickets are available at the door at $15 for general admission, $12 for seniors and students, and free for children under 12.
