Atherton police on the look-out for prowler

 

Atherton police converged in the Stockbridge Avenue area early this morning (Aug. 7) after a house guest at a residence in the first block of Stockbridge reported seeing a prowler looking through a window.

Police searched the area, but didn't find the prowler. The department issued an alert to residents shortly before 6 a.m.

According to the bulletin, the house guest had been sleeping on a couch when she saw a "male subject" looking in. She described the prowler as a white male wearing a "winter hat" and dark clothing, according to the bulletin.
