Linden Avenue in Atherton reopened

Fallen tree cleared from road

Linden Avenue in Atherton reopened at Elm Place in the Lindenwood neighborhood of Atherton after being closed by a fallen tree, town officials announced at a little after 9 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 27.

The tree fell Thursday afternoon and workers spent hours removing the tree.
