Tonight: Town hall meeting in Woodside on public education

 

State Sen. Jerry Hill and State Superintendent of Public Instruction Tom Torlakson are expected to participate in a town hall meeting on education in public schools at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 13, at Canada College in Woodside.

Anne Campbell and Jon R. Gundry, the county superintendents of schools in San Mateo and Santa Clara counties, respectively, are also expected to participate.

The 90-minute meeting will be held in the Main Theatre (Building 3) at Canada College, 4200 Farm Hill Blvd. in Woodside.

RSVPs are encouraged and can be made by phone at Senator Hill's district office at (650) 212-3313 or online.

Admission is free and free parking is available at campus lot 2.
