Saturday morning: Unity Bike Ride in Belle Haven

 

Local cyclists of all ages are invited to attend a "unity" bike ride on Saturday, Oct. 17, starting at the McNeil Family Clubhouse, located at 401 Pierce Road in Menlo Park.

Bikers are invited to meet at 9 a.m. for planned departure of 10 a.m. They are encouraged to wear pink in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month and are required to wear helmets.

Loaner bikes will be available.

Following the bike ride, there will be a barbecue.

The event is hosted by the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Peninsula and Belle Haven Bikes.

Wish this was announced farther in advance. How many hours will it be? Is a route map available in advance?
