The Atherton police reported at about 6 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 2 that traffic signals at Middlefield Road and Oak Grove Avenue were working again after being out much of the day because of downed electrical wires.

The original alert from the Atherton Police Department said that PG&E estimated the power would be restored to the intersection by 5 p.m.

Temporary stop signs were put up at the intersection. The police department originally reported the outage at about 1:15 p.m.
