SHP girls struggling without soccer standout Davidson

The Sacred Heart Prep girls are trying to get through the opening few weeks of the soccer season without Stanford-bound senior Tierna Davidson.

Davidson currently is with the U-20 women's team that is competing in the 2015 CONCACAF U-20 Women's Championship in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. Sacred Heart Prep, meanwhile, is 1-2 in her absence.

Davidson was one of 20 players named to the squad recently by head coach Michelle French. The squad includes 12 pre-college players, of which Davidson is one.
